Spear grass, heat, coyotes, a heavy backpack and other allergy inducing grasses almost got the best of me hiking to get this shot of Oyama in full production. Looking northeast, this photograph shows the isthmus between Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake in late July and late day. Shot with a Nikon D810 and 45mm lens (because I didn’t want to pack my heavy telephoto) cropped like crazy.
